Kelly Clarkson Filming Video For New Single “Wrapped In Red”
If you loved Kelly Clarkson’s 2013 holiday album, Wrapped In Red, you’re in for another treat: Kelly is filming a new music video for the title track! And the new mother has her adorable daughter River Rose on set with her to prove it:
“Wrapped In Red” is one of the 5 original tracks Kelly wrote for her first ever holiday record. The album was released one year ago, and ended up being the best selling Christmas album in 2013. Its lead single, “Underneath The Tree,” was also a hit, becoming the most-played new holiday song that year.
There is no news yet on whether Wrapped In Red will be re-released, though it is a possibility. We do know that four people who worked on that album just recorded some orchestral arrangements – it’s still unclear if they are for some new holiday music, or if the recordings will appear on Kelly’s new studio album, due in 2015.
The new “Wrapped In Red” video will most likely debut later this month or in November, ahead of the holiday season. It’s an excellent song, and it’s sure to bring some cheer in the coming winter months.
