Green Day Celebrates Album Release With “Youngblood” Lyric Video
Green Day’s highly anticipated new album, Revolution Radio, just came out today. Songs like “Bang Bang” and the title track hinted at its social and political themes, while “Still Breathing” continued the heavy mood. But today the band is celebrating with a lyric video for perhaps the happiest song on the album. “Youngblood” is an energetic love song that may remind fans of “She’s A Rebel.” Billie Joe Armstrong sings about his wife, Adrienne, comparing her genius to his rough boy edges.
