Paramore Enters The Studio To Work On Album #5
Big news, Paramore fans! Just three months after announcing the departure of bassist Jeremy Davis, Paramore is now beginning work on their fifth studio album. It will serve as the followup to their self-titled fourth album. Singles like “Still Into You” and “Ain’t It Fun” were huge in 2013. Now that the band is down to a duo of just Hayley Williams and Taylor York, it will be interesting to hear how their sound changes. In any case, it looks like fans will be along for the ride. Hayley is already sharing plenty of behind-the-scenes looks at the writing and recording process.
The band was just heading back from their second PARAHOY cruise when Hayley broke the news:

Hayley also just married her longtime boyfriend, New Found Glory’s Chad Gilbert, last month. Will married life affect the new music? Perhaps more lovey lyrics and cheerful music? On the other hand, Hayley and Chad have been together for eight years, so maybe there won’t be much of a change after all. We’ll find out soon enough!
Now that Paramore is actively recording the album, there should be plenty of studio updates and news over the coming months. While the album could be ready by the end of this year, it will most likely come out sometime in 2017.
