See Simple Plan’s Sweet “Perfectly Perfect” Lyric Video

Earlier this year, Simple Plan released their 5th studio album, Taking One For The Team. The album launched upbeat singles like “Boom,” “I Don’t Wanna Go To Bed,” and “Singing In The Rain,” but the tracklist also included softer songs. One of the album’s highlights is a ballad called “Perfectly Perfect.” Singer Pierre Bouvier sings to an insecure muse who finds faults in herself where he finds perfection. He loves her just the way she is and wishes she saw herself the way he does.

It’s a lovely song, and today “Perfectly Perfect” gets a cute lyric video to go with it. Warner Music Philippines created the lyric video. It portrays a young woman looking at a note as the song’s words suggest what she’s reading. The video is simple and allows the meaning to shine through.
