OK Go Returns With Stunning “Obsession” Music Video
Even though Hungry Ghosts has been out for three years now, OK Go is back with their fifth music video from the album. “Obsession” soundtracks our latest visual stunner. The music video starts with frontman Damian Kulash standing alone in front of a wall of printers, singing the first bars of the song. The studio version of the song kicks in as the rest of the band appears. True to form, OK Go performs a choreographed routine as the colorfully printed papers transform the printer wall into an incredible backdrop. The band members play their instruments, fly though the air, and transform into printed versions of themselves. It’s another impressive visual from the kings of music videos.
Damian Kulash directed the video with Yusuke Tanaka; it was filmed in collaboration with Double A.

Hungry Ghosts, OK Go’s latest album, came out in fall 2014. You can stream it on Spotify or download it from iTunes now. It includes “Obsession,” as well as the previous four singles: “The Writing’s On The Wall,” “I Won’t Let You Down,” “Upside Down & Inside Out,” and “The One Moment.”
The band has released a few songs since then, including a cover of Morrissey’s “Interesting Drug” earlier this year. However, there’s no word yet on a fifth studio album. If they begin recording soon, it could be out late next year, but 2019 looks more likely.
