Natasha Bedingfield Planning Return To Studio
2017 saw Natasha Bedingfield release four new songs, including “Let Go” and “Hey Boy.” After announcing her pregnancy in the fall, that last song’s music video featured the gender reveal for her baby. Her son Solomon was born on December 31st, and now the new mother is itching to get back to her music. Today, Natasha announced her plans to return to the studio! Moreover, she said she is “really determined to get some of the best music and art that I’ve made out and into your ears”. Does this mean a new album is in the cards for 2018?
Natasha’s last album, Strip Me, came out an astonishing 8 years ago. Though we’ve gotten plenty of songs here and there over the years, fans are desperate for a full-length release. Here’s hoping we’ll finally get album #4 this year!
For the last month, Natasha and her husband Matt have been besotted by their newborn son, Solomon. As fans now, Natasha is known for her uplifting, cheerful lyrics. Knowing her, the new baby may have already inspired some sweet songs. Last year, Natasha shared lyrics to an unreleased love song she wrote for her husband, “Me Around You.”
Natasha has spent the better part of the past six years writing and recording, though a full record still eludes us. With any luck, 2018 will be the lucky year. In the meantime, listen to her new songs like “Love Looks Like,” “Unicorn,” and “Hope” – and more new songs are sure to surface in the coming months.
It’s exciting to know that new Natasha music could be coming our way. Catch up on all we know about the long-awaited fourth album. Keep checking back here for all the latest Natasha Bedingfield music news.
