Muse Announces New Single “Thought Contagion,” Out February 15th
Two months ago, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy promised a new single would be out by February. Today, the band officially announced “Thought Contagion” will be available on February 15th! Following “Dig Down” last May, this will be the second single from Muse’s upcoming 8th album. Matt previously described “Thought Contagion” as a heavy, rocking track comparable to Muse’s Absolution b-side, “Fury.”
The movie poster below indicates that “Thought Contagion” will come with a music video.
Last year, Muse shared “Dig Down” as the first single from the forthcoming album. The band officially began recording in October, with Rich Costey serving as producer. Two months ago, Matt stated that “Thought Contagion” would be out this February, with a few more singles planned after that. Muse’s still-untitled album will be out late this year.
