Lana Del Rey Announces Two New Singles from Music Video Set
Really soon, Lana Del Rey is set to put out her next album, Chemtrails Over The Country Club. Originally slated for a September 4 release, we’re guessing it might not come out until sometime this fall. In any case, it is just around the corner, as evidenced by Lana’s latest video post from the set of its first music video. She just revealed a few new singles fans will get to hear in the coming weeks.
In the video, Lana states that she’s onset filming a music video for the title track, “Chemtrails Over The Country Club.” However, she also reveals that before that song comes out, fans will first hear another song called “Let Me Love You Like A Woman.” These two titles join the previously teased song, “Tulsa Jesus Freak.”
After dropping those exciting bits of information, Lana jokes about how many years it will be before we get to hear from her again. She vaguely confirms that the album is coming “soon,” though we’re guessing it won’t be out in September anymore. However, her debut poetry book, Violent Bent Backwards Over The Grass, does come out on September 29th. The audiobook version was already released in July, but later this month we’ll also get to enjoy physical copies. Lana finishes out her video with warm wishes for us all in these wild times.
We can’t wait to hear both of the new songs! And from this clip, it looks like the music video for “Chemtrails Over The Country Club” will be stunning and a little bit vintage!
