Amy Lee to Appear on New Song with Bring Me The Horizon
Amy Lee has kept quite busy this year – not only with new Evanescence music, but also with a number of collaborations with other artists. Our next collaboration to look forward to is a song she did with Bring Me The Horizon. Their new EP POST HUMAN: SURVIVAL HORROR comes out on October 30th, and it closes with “One Day The Only Butterflies Left Will Be In Your Chest As You March Towards Your Death” featuring Amy Lee. That song title is a mouthful, but we’re excited to hear it.
Bring Me The Horizon and Amy Lee broke the news today:
POST HUMAN: SURVIVAL HORROR will feature nine songs and four collaborations:
- Dear Diary,
- Parasite Eve
- Teardrops

Recent Music from Amy Lee & Evanescence
Evanescence’s Amy Lee has done numerous collaborations in the last year or so. One year ago, Amy collaborated with violinist Lindsey Stirling’s on the song “Love Goes On And On,” released September last year. Seven months ago, Amy’s song with Body Count, called “When I’m Gone,” was released. At the end of July, Amy’s newly recording duet of “Break In” with Halestorm came out; its music video came in August. Most recently, one month ago Amy appeared on the new song “Sakura Rising” with the Japanese group WagakkiBand.
Her band Evanescence is also recording their first album in nearly a decade. They’ve released three new singles so far: “Wasted On You,” “The Game Is Over,” and, “Use My Voice.” Their album, The Bitter Truth, is expected out late this year or – perhaps more likely – in 2021.
