Hilary Duff Shares Intimate Acoustic Performance Of “Tattoo”

Hilary Duff has been back stronger than ever lately. Her new album, Breathe In. Breathe Out., just came out earlier this week, led by the glossy single “Sparks.” It had been long in the making, but was worth the wait. Fans got their first tastes of the new music with “Chasing The Sun” and “All About You” in 2014, but one song we’ve been dying to hear is a track called “Tattoo.” Ed Sheeran wrote the song, and Hilary has been hyping up the song since last summer. We finally got to hear the song on her new record, but fans have even more to enjoy: Hilary just shared an acoustic performance of “Tattoo” on Vevo!

“Tattoo” is a light and sad song that highlights Hilary’s angelic, vulnerable vocals. It’s one of the best songs on her new album, and it transitions beautifully into the acoustic setting. Listen to the guitar and vocal version of “Tattoo” below:

Hilary Duff just released her new album, Breathe In. Breathe Out., on June 16th. You can buy it – along with the song “Tattoo” and single “Sparks” – on iTunes now. With a range of styles and emotions in this pop comeback, it’s an album you’ll want to have on repeat for the rest of the summer.
