P!nk Offers Behind-The-Scenes Glimpse In “Whatever You Want” Video
Following singles “What About Us,” “Beautiful Trauma,” and “Wild Hearts Can’t Be Broken,” P!nk’s fourth music video is for her midtempo standout, “Whatever You Want.” The song’s verses describe two people not seeing eye-to-eye, sung with a dash of P!nk signature attitude. But on the softer chorus, P!nk croons, “I feel like our ship’s going down tonight. But it’s always darkest before the light. And that’s enough for me to try.”
The laidback but vulnerable song comes with an equally stylized video. Between footage of P!nk singing “Whatever You Want” on stage, we see her practicing and getting up to hijinks backstage, recording in the studio, and giving stunning performances on awards shows and football fields. We also get glimpses of P!nk’s husband, motocross racer Carey Hart, and their children, Willow and Jameson. Through all the footage, we get a closer look at the woman behind the music, the person behind the persona.
