Bruno Mars Shows Playful Side In Animated “That’s What I Like” Video

Bruno Mars just released his third album, 24K Magic, last November. After its lead single and title track dominated the radio the last few months, Bruno has chosen “That’s What I Like” as the second single. It’s already gone top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and Bruno performed it at the Grammys in February. Now the single finally gets a music video. Bruno co-directed it with Jonathan Lia.

“That’s What I Like” describes the many indulgences Bruno’s girlfriend desires, and lucky for them both, he’s into the same things. The video stars a dancing Bruno all by himself, with only playful animations to keep him company. Drawn in marks give him pizzazz and movement, while other animations turn his lyrics into visuals. He sings about champagne, and *ping* a champagne bottle appears in his hand. He promises a trip to Paris and *ping* the Eiffel Tower appears on his right.

Check out all the fun animations in the “That’s What I Like” music video below:

This is the second single from Bruno’s new album, 24K Magic. The lead single and title track came first back in October. You can buy the album on iTunes or stream it on Spotify now. Bruno recently announced a huge worldwide tour, so be sure to check out the dates and tickets before it’s too late. He starts in Europe later this month, with North America following in July.
