Alicia Keys Previews New Song, “Good Job,” Out Thursday
We’re less than a month away from hearing Alicia Keys’s new album, ALICIA. Set to include her recent singles, “Underdog,” “Time Machine,” and “Show Me Love” featuring Miguel, it will be her first since 2016’s Here. Today, Alicia is previewing a new song called “Good Job.” She will premier the song in full on Thursday evening during a CNN Town Hall, starting at 8pm ET.
According to CNN, “Good Job” is “dedicated to the everyday heroes on the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic.”
In the preview, we can see Alicia playing a delicate tune on her piano. She sings a few lines:
“You’re doing a good job
Don’t get too down
The world needs you now
Know that you matter, matter, matter, yeah”

“Good Job” will likely appear on Alicia’s upcoming self-titled album. You can pre-order ALICIA from all the major music providers here now. It will include her singles “Underdog,” “Time Machine,” and “Show Me Love” with Miguel. However, it’s unclear if her 2019 song “Raise A Man” will appear on the tracklist.

Alicia’s last album, Here, came out in November 2016. Now, three and a half years later, ALICIA is just around the corner, with four stunning songs to amp us up. The new album is now set for release on May 15th.

It’s currently set to kick off on June 5th in Dublin, working its way through Europe and then North America, finishing in Florida on September 22nd.
