Lana Del Rey Teases Double Video For Two New Songs
After nearly a year of singles and teasing, Lana Del Rey will finally release her new album, Norman Fucking Rockwell, this August. She’s not ready to share the exact release date or tracklist just yet, but Lana did tease something else today: a double video for two new songs! And a new music video means new music to go with it. Get ready to hear her songs “Fuck It I Love You” and “The Greatest” really soon!
In a new Instagram photo, Lana captioned:
I think you’re gonna love the new double video I did with Rich Lee for two songs off the new record – ‘fuck it I love you!’ And ‘the greatest’
Rich Lee is directing the music video. He previously directed Lana’s videos for “Love,” “Lust For Life” (featuring The Weeknd), and “White Mustang,” and has worked with the likes of Fergie, Eminem, Natasha Bedingfield, and Evanescence.
In her new Instagram photo, Lana appears alongside a muscular man. Both are in summer wear – evidently old-fashioned bathing suits – so we may be in for a stunning video!

Lana’s forthcoming album, Norman Fucking Rockwell, has had a drawn out lead-up so far. It started with three singles: “Mariners Apartment Complex” and “Venice Bitch” in September 2018, then “hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me to have – but i have it” last January.
Throughout October 2018, Lana teased a few songs: “Cinnamon,” “Sylvia Plath,” and an unknown song featuring Machine Gun Kelly. More recently, she previewed “Happiness Is A Butterfly” and an unnamed track some fans know as “In Your Car”. In April, Lana teased another unknown song, this time more melancholy. She most recently previewed the title track last month.
Lana also performed a new song called “How To Disappear,” too. However, the two short country songs that Lana performed in December are not likely to appear on the album.
This is the first we’ve heard of these two new song titles. We’re excited to hear “Fuck It I Love You” and “The Greatest” in the next few weeks!
Lana’s last album, Lust For Life, came out in July 2017. Lana entered the studio in January 2018, working with Jack Antonoff on the project. There’s no release date for Norman Fucking Rockwell yet, but Lana has said it will be out in August. We’re not far away now!
